This Earth Day, feel free to drop by the grand opening of R.D. Lawrence Place at the Minden Hills Cultural Centre. This sustainable building houses a fascinating look at the life of Ron Lawrence, who championed environmental causes. An award-winning author/journalist, field biologist, and veteran, Ron Lawrence is renowned for wildlife and wolf rescue. His legacy as an educator continues with R.D. Lawrence Place's reading, writing, and environmental education programs for all ages.
